How to Apply

  1. Complete the online application form starting January 1st, 2025, and ensure all required documents are submitted before the deadline on June 30th, 2025.
  2. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for online interviews.
  3. Successful recipients of the ICPD® Scholarship Award 2025 will be notified via email..



Eligibility Criteria

  1. Applicant’s minimum age is 19.
  2. No restriction on an applicant’s gender, religion, or ethnicity.
  3. Must complete minimally the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE "A Levels") or equivalent.
  4. Individual who has professional working experience in their relevant field will be given extra credits.
  5. Applicant’s family's monthly gross household income is SGD 3,600.00 or less, or monthly per capita income is SGD 1,100.00 or less. Please provide proof in PDF.
